Steps to change PostureRay billing email address through the online Viewbox.

1. Open a browser and go to https://viewbox.postureray.com/
2. Sign in using your VVB email address and password
3. Click the Account Preferences icon in the upper right part of the screen. This is your account name/email.
4. Click on the Company Tab on the left
5. Enter the new Billing email address in the “Billing Notification Email Address” field then click the “Save” button
