Error Using Computer Vision: “Request Entity Too Large” when Bounding Box is set too large

If the image you are trying to apply the Computer Vision assistant to is simply too large because the bounding box was set too large you will get an error message 413 “Request Entity Too Large”. Please follow these steps to better utilize and resolve this issue from occurring in the future.
