How Can We Help?
Changes to Android “Heads Up Display” Level
This feature has been changed on Android to improve overall compatibility with more Android Devices due recent Android updates.
Many less expensive Android devices with newer Android camera settings no longer allow this “Head Up Display” level accessible by the device and this is completely out of our control. This change occurred based on Android updates not allowing us as developers to customize camera controls to overlay the heads up display level feature on some android devices.
If your device still supports this option, you will be able to turn this feature on/off in the settings of PostureScreen. So you can open PostureScreen>Settings>”Use HUD Level Overlay”>Toggle on/off. If your device supports this feature, you will be able to turn this level feature back on. If it does not, you will need to use the native camera which Android uses and there is nothing we can do about this. If we did not make the change, those without the android capabilities in their update would lose complete access to PostureScreen.
