Billing Version Error in Android

If you have this Error Message “This app uses a billing version that is no longer supported.  Check the Google Play Store for app updates which may resolve this issue” please keep checking back on Google Play store for your device to update.  If it is not available, it will be very shortly. The updated version will be 1.2.3 or later.
